·       Identify the laws and regulations pertaining to misrepresentation in real estatetransactions in Hawaii.

·       Recall the elements of fraud and intentional misrepresentation in real estatetransactions and how to avoid them.

·       Recall the elements of negligent misrepresentation in real estate transactions andhow to avoid them.

·       Identify the requirements contained in the Seller’s Real Property Disclosure Lawpertaining to misrepresentation in real estate transactions in Hawaii.

·       Recall the circumstances related to implied dual agency.
