This course is designed to improve real estate licensees’ knowledge of the Chinese culture and working with individuals from China or of Chinese descent. Investors from China are increasingly more active in the U.S. real estate market. In 2014, buyers from China spent $22.0 billion on U.S. real estate, up from $12.8 billion in 2013. In January 2015, Pacific Business News reported Hawaii as the 10th most popular state in the U.S. for Chinese investors.
